This is a work in process remake of one of my older titles from 2016 ( https://ancientpixel.itch.io/the-library-of-babel ) in my wonky 3d framework with phaser.

I wanna tell a story within this infinite library about it's inhabitants and an object that is clearly from outside the library. For now only the random generation is implemented. You can play it in your browser with keyboard & mouse, gamepad or mobile. I am looking for feedback about the controls and wished for interactive features. (feature creep incoming). I've got some things planned especially for the story but don't want to run to far with it, before the the basics work.

Explore and try to find your fate in The Library of Babel, based on Jorge Luis Borge´s novel of the same name. Walk through infinitely many rooms of nonsensical geometry and read its books full of seemingly random words. Encounter other Librarians who also search for meaning in the pages. Learn about the theories of what this place, which is now your new home, is and means to people.

still WIP - things may change and break
